Information only. This site is a reference project. We do not provide account access, financial services, card applications, payments, credit decisions or official support, and we never ask for account or financial credentials.

The email address

Editorial correspondence: [email protected]. That single address covers corrections, clarifications, topic suggestions and permissions questions.

There is no contact form on this page, and there is none anywhere else on the site either. That is intentional: a form invites people to type things into a page, and the safest arrangement for an informational project that holds no accounts is to collect nothing at all. Email leaves the record in your own sent folder, where you can see exactly what you shared.

We are a small editorial group, so replies are not immediate. Messages that identify a specific factual problem on a specific page are prioritised, because those are the ones that make the site better for everyone else.

What we can help with

Corrections
A statement that is factually wrong, misleading in context or out of date. Include the URL and quote the sentence. The fact-checking page explains what happens next.
Clarifications
An explanation that is defensible but ambiguous, or a definition that reads one way to a controller and another way to a founder.
Topic suggestions
A question about cards, controls or expense workflows that this site does not answer and structurally could. Suggestions are read, but nothing is guaranteed a page.
Permissions and quoting
Questions about citing or quoting our text. The default position is set out in the terms of use, so read that first — it may already cover your case.
Trademark and brand usage
Correspondence from a rights holder about how a brand term is used on a page. Our position on nominative use is on the disclaimer.

What we cannot help with

This is a reference project. We hold no accounts, provide no financial services and have no relationship with any provider, so there are whole categories of question we simply cannot answer — not as policy, but as a matter of fact.

Where these questions belong
If you needWe canGo to
Account access or a login problemNothing — we have no account systemYour card provider’s official support
A card application or its statusNothing — we take no applicationsThe provider directly
A transaction dispute or chargebackNothing — we see no transactionsThe card issuer or your bank
Credit limits, rates, fees or eligibilityExplain what the terms meanThe provider’s own documentation
A lost, stolen or compromised cardNothing — act immediately elsewhereThe issuer’s emergency line
Tax, accounting or legal adviceExplain general practice onlyA qualified professional

If your question is urgent and involves money or account security, contact your provider first. Emailing us costs you time you may not have.

What we can do is make the provider’s documentation easier to read. If you are unsure which category of product you are even looking at, the cards hub and the corporate card vs credit card comparison are usually the fastest route.

What we will never ask you for

  • There is no login, account area or application form anywhere on this site
  • We never request payment, deposits or fees of any kind
  • We never contact readers first to ask for account details
  • We never offer to check, unlock, expedite or fix a card account
  • We never ask you to install software or grant access to an account

If a message, page or caller claiming to be Brex Card asks for any of those things, it is not us. Treat it as an impersonation attempt, do not respond, and report it to your card provider if account details were involved. Our prohibition on impersonation and credential collection is written into the editorial policy.

How to write a message that gets a useful reply

  1. Name the page

Paste the full URL. "The corporate card article" could be any of several pages, and guessing wastes a round trip.

  2. Quote the sentence

One sentence is usually enough to make the issue unambiguous, and it tells us exactly which claim to re-check.

  3. Say what kind of problem it is

Wrong, misleading, outdated, or unclear. The four lead to different fixes, and knowing which saves a reply.

  4. Leave out everything else

No account details, no screenshots of statements, no personal information. A URL and a sentence is the whole requirement.

Email sent to us is processed as ordinary email at our mail provider. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for handling the matter, and we do not add correspondents to any list, because we do not operate one. See the privacy policy.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is there a phone number or postal address?

No. Email is the only channel we operate, and we do not publish contact details we cannot staff. Anyone claiming to run a Brex Card phone line is not us.

Can you contact a card provider on my behalf?

No. We have no relationship with any provider and no standing to act for you. Provider support has to come from the provider’s own channels, which is also the only place your account can be verified.

Do you reply to every message?

We aim to reply to anything that identifies a specific factual problem. Broad questions already answered on the site may receive a link, and promotional, link-building or guest-post approaches are not answered at all.
